Tomb Raider Underworld is another fine addition to the restored Lara Croft franchise - a worthwhile purchase for anyone that enjoys third person action-puzzle type games and a no hesitation recommendation for anyone that's ever enjoyed a Tomb Raider game in the past.

Call of Duty: World At War Review (Score: 9.2/10)
Review by Steve Farrelly @ 05:12pm
Back to WWII but definitely not back to square one. Call of Duty: World At War takes the incredibly solid foundations of last year's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and builds upon them in various ways. It's stuff we've seen before, but a lot of it is definitely worth reliving omce again. And with a solid multiplayer and Zombie Nazis to tackle, this disc will be spinning in your platform of choice for quite a while to come...

Mirror's Edge tries many new things and equally gets many of them right. However, there is a painful element of trial and error involved, but if you can stand to deal with contanstly replaying portions of a game over and over, there's an ironically refreshing game here. for more info check out our review...

Fallout 3 Review (Score: 9.5/10)
Review by Steve Farrelly @ 11:15am
There are definitely a few gripes we have with Fallout 3, but they're not necessarily strong enough to dwarf what Bethesda have crafted here. Fallout 3 is one of the most thoughtful, expressive games in a long time. It lacks in some key areas it would be great to see Bethesda broaching as part of their design methods, but we just can't get angry when there're so many mutant zombie heads to explode...

Spider-man: Web of Shadows Review (Score: 3.0/10)

Another Spider-man game gone wrong through an utter mismanagement of the character, lore and history. Swinging around is certainly a lot of fun alongside the crazy combo system, but these elements alone just aren;t enough to save Your Friendly Neigbourhood Spider-man from sheer disappointment. One down, on to the next one...

A 50sqkm game-world with stunning visuals, unbelievable freedom and fire that spreads and destroys all in its path make Far Cry 2 a stand-out achievement for 2008 gaming. Is it too ambitious for its own good though, or does it balance everything just right?

Fracture applies terrain deformation as its main draw in a future where the United States has become divided into two warring factions.
