Call of Duty: World At War Multiplayer Beta Announced

Activision have just let us know a multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: World At War will be offered to both the PC community and Xbox 360 owners. Commencing from October, the beta will give you a chance to test out Treyarch's MP efforts, and voice your opinions/concerns/praise prior to the game going Gold November 12 here in Australia.

To register, just head over to CallOfDuty.com where successful applicants will get a beta token and instructions on downloading the client.

It seems like only yesterday call of duty 4 was released.
everyone's still playing 4! especially the multiplayer side of the game.
I dunno.. I reckon 5 will just pass by.. like piss in wind.

cod4 is huge, it is massively bigger than cod2 ever was. i was surprised they went back to ww2 tbh.

that's what Treyarch are there for. Infinity Ward won't rush their games because CoD is their baby, but Activision has a one-year franchise update policy (though I think that has stretched to two now with Hawk falling off the radar), so that's why they went back to what they know, cause IW are already working on the new CoD
